The mechanical and degradable properties of bioplastic are important for their utilization. In this research cellulose of wheat straw and glycerol were mixed by different weight ratios and then reinforced by using date palm fibers. To prepare the bioplastic plates, the materials were poured in molds and pressed by means of a hydraulic press and simultaneously heating of the molds. The experiments were performed based on a 3×3 factorial design with three levels: 50%, 60% and 70% of wheat cellulose and three types of reinforcement methods, namely: no-reinforcement, network reinforcement and parallel string reinforcement. The effect of the two factors on tensile strength, tensile strain, bending strength, modulus of elasticity and modulus of bending were investigated. The results indicated that the two factors and their interactions had significant effects on the mentioned properties of bioplastics (at α=0.05 level) . The comparison of the means of the tests showed that the network reinforcement type with 50% cellulose had the highest tensile and bending strengths with 1992.02 and 28.71 MPa, respectively. The maximum modulus of elasticity and modulus bending were 40.4 and 2.3 MPa, respectively for parallel string arrangement and 70% of cellulose. The degradability tests of bioplastic using a fistulated sheep indicated that with increasing the percentage of cellulose, the degradability rate deceased. The maximum degradability rate, after 48 h holding in the sheep rumen, was 74% that belonged to bioplastics with 50% cellulose. The degradability data were well fitted to a mathematical model (R2=0.97).}, keywords = {palm fiber؛ Bioplastic؛ Reinforcement؛ Mechanical properties,Wheat straw}, title_fa = {بررسی خصوصیات مکانیکی و تجزیه‌پذیری بیوپلاستیک تهیه شده از سلولز کاه و الیاف خرما}, abstract_fa = {در دو دهۀ اخیر استفاده از بیوپلاستیک‌ها در صنایع مختلف به‏عنوان جایگزین پلاستیک‌های معمولی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از نظر کاربری، خصوصیات مکانیکی و تجزیه پذیری بیوپلاستیک‌ها از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار هستند. در این پژوهش، سلولز کاه گندم به نسبت‌های با گلیسرول مختلف مخلوط و پس قرار دادن در یک قالب با الیاف خرما تحکیم داده شدند. با قرار دادن هر قالب در دستگاه پرس هیدرولیکی و حرارت دهی همزمان، صفحات بیوپلاستیک مورد نظر تهیه شدند. آزمایش‌ها بر اساس طرح فاکتویل 3×3 انجام و تأثیر درصد وزنی سلولز در سه سطح 50%، 60% و 70% و تحکیم دهی با الیاف در سه وضعیت الیاف شبکه‌ای، رشته‌ای و بدون الیاف بر استحکام کششی و خمشی، مدول الاستیک کششی و خمشی و کرنش کششی بیوپلاستیک‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تجزیه واریانس داده‌ها نشان داد که وضعیت تحکیم درصد وزنی سلولز، و اثر متقابل این دو عامل بر تمام خصوصیات مکانیکی ذکر شده معنی دار بود (05/0 = α). بیشترین استحکام کششی و خمشی مربوط به اضافه کردن 50% وزنی سلولز و در حالت تحکیم‌دهی شبکه‌ای و به‏ترتیب MPa 02/1992 و MPa 71/28 به‏دست آمد. همچنین بیشترین مدول کششی و خمشی در حالت اضافه کردن 70% وزنی سلولز و تحکیم یافته رشته‌ای (در حالت کششی MPa 4/40 و در حالت خمشی MPa 3/2 مشاهده شد. بررسی روند تجزیه پذیری بیوپلاستیک‌ها با قرار دادن نمونه‌هایی از آن‌ها در شکمبه‌ی یک گوسفند فیسوله‌گذاری نشان داد که با افزایش درصد وزنی سلولز، میزان تجزیه پذیری نمونه‌ها کاهش می‌یابد. پس از گذشت 48 ساعت بیشترین میزان تجزیه‌پذیری مربوط به نمونه‌های50% وزنی سلولز بود که به طور میانگین به مقدار 74% تجزیه شدند. روند تجزیه پذیری با استفاده از رابطه ریاضی مدل سازی شد که این مدل به‏خوبی در داده های آزمایشگاهی برازش شد (R2=0.97).}, keywords_fa = {الیاف خرما,بیوپلاستیک,تحکیم‌دهی,خصوصیات مکانیکی,کاه گندم}, url = {https://jame.um.ac.ir/article_26331.html}, eprint = {https://jame.um.ac.ir/article_26331_70ee12e4c2da3644764d9b5b1b3e211f.pdf} }
