توسعه و ارزیابی یک سامانه بینی الکترونیکی بر پایه حسگرهای نیمههادی اکسید فلزی جهت تشخیص و جداسازی اسانسهای لیمو
اسانسها یا روغنهای فرار ازجمله مواد موجود در گیاهان هستند که شامل مخلوط پیچیدهای از مواد شیمیایی آلی مثل ترپینوئیدها، آلدئیدها، الکلها، استرها، ستنها و غیره میباشند. اسانسها از تقطیر مواد فرار موجود در اندامهای مختلف گیاهان تازه یا خشک بهدست میآیند و وزن مخصوص آنها غالباً از آب کمتر است. اسانسها را میتوان به سه دسته طبیعی، مشابه طبیعی و مصنوعی تقسیم کرد. روشهای متداول شناسایی و ارزیابی اسانسهای روغنی دارای نقطهضعفهایی هستند. در این تحقیق یک سامانه بینی الکترونیکی شامل هفت حسگر نیمههادی اکسید فلزی برای تشخیص و تفکیک هشت نوع اسانس لیموی تجاری توسعه دادهشده و با استفاده از روشهای تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی، تحلیل تفکیک خطی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی ارزیابی شد. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل دادههای این سامانه، روش تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی با دو مؤلفه اصلی PC1 و PC2 توانست ۹۹ درصد از واریانس دادهها را پوشش دهد. همچنین تمامی حسگرها ضرایب لودینگ بالایی را از خود نشان دادند. روشهای تحلیل تفکیک خطی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی نیز بهترتیب با دقت بالای 98% و91% قادر به جداسازی نمونهها بودند. بنابراین سامانه بینی الکترونیکی پیشنهادشده نشان داد که ابزار قابلاعتماد و کمهزینهای جهت جداسازی اسانسهای لیموی تجاری میباشد.

طراحی، ساخت و ارزیابی دو تیغه زیست مقلد برای کاهش انرژی موردنیاز برای برش ساقه گیاهان علوفهای
در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش زیست مقلد (روش چگونگی انتقال راهحلهای بیولوژیکی به روش مهندسی) دو تیغه جدید به منظور کاهش انرژی مورد نیاز برای برش ساقه گیاهان زراعی طراحی، ساخته و ارزیابی شد. در ساخت این تیغهها از پروفایل هندسی پنجه جلویی آبدزدک و فک ملخ الهام گرفته شد. سپس انرژی مورد نیاز برای برش دو دسته از گیاهان علوفهای (تغذیهای و هرز) با استفاده از تیغههای جدید و تیغههای مرسوم (صاف و خمیده) مقایسه گردید. گیاهان علوفهای تغذیهای مورد آزمون شامل یونجه و شبدر و گیاهان هرز شامل خرفه، اویار سلام، تاج خروس، سلمک، نی و شالی بود. طبق نتایج تحقیق حاضر، اختلاف معنیداری در انرژی برشی تیغههای زیست مقلد ساخته شده در تمامی تیمارها نسبت به تیغههای مرسوم (صاف و خمیده) مشاهده شد. تیغه زیست مقلد آبدزدک، بهطور متوسط 13/39 درصد انرژی مورد نیاز برای برش ساقه گیاهان را نسبت به تیغه صاف و 8/32 درصد نسبت به تیغه خمیده کاهش داد. با توجه به همه جوانب مورد بررسی، تیغه زیست مقلد آبدزدک عملکرد بالاتری نسبت به تیغه زیست مقلد ملخ برای برش گیاهان نشان داد و بهعنوان نتیجه نهایی برای ساخت تیغه برش توصیه میشود.

طراحی و توسعه سامانه بینایی ماشین بهمنظور پیشبینی محتوای کلروفیل و کارتنوئید برگ گیاهان
در زمینهی کشاورزی، نظارت منظم و دورهای جهت کنترل سلامت و کیفیت گیاهان امری ضروری است. اندازهگیری مقدار کلروفیل و کارتنوئید برگ بهعنوان یکی از شاخصهای سلامت محصول محسوب میشود. در این پژوهش مجموعههایی از تصاویر برگهای 6 گیاه مختلف (ختمی، لگنوم، برگ بیدی، انجیر معابد، رز و کنار) با هدف پیشبینی کلروفیل و کارتنوئید در فضاهای رنگی پیشنهادشده (RGB،Lab ،HSV و I1I2I3) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. هر فضای رنگی شرایط مختلفی از احتمال توزیع یک گروه رنگ را ارائه میدهد، بدین ترتیب پس از بررسی فضاهای رنگی با توجه به نتایج آنالیز آماری در سطح احتمال 5%، مناسبترین پارامترهای رنگی (R، a و c) جهت آموزش الگوریتم درخت تصمیمگیری انتخاب گردید. بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده، نشان داده شد که بین روش پردازش تصویر و مقادیر اندازهگیری شده توسط دستگاه طیفسنج همبستگی بالای 92/0 برای کلروفیل و 85/0 برای کارتنوئید وجود دارد. همچنین شایان ذکر است که استفاده از روش پیشنهادی این تحقیق میتواند هم از لحاظ اقتصادی (هزینههای مربوط به نیروی انسانی و تهیه دستگاه اسپد) و هم از نظر صرفهجویی در زمان بسیار مقرون بهصرفه باشد.

طبقهبندی هویج بر اساس شکل با استفاده از پردازش تصویر، شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و ماشین بردار پشتیبان
ارزیابی کیفی محصولات کشاورزی از عوامل بسیار مهم در ارتقای بازارپسندی آنها است. عملیات درجهبندی و بستهبندی محصولات کشاورزی توسط کارگران با مشکلات فراوانی مثل افزایش هزینه، زمان، نیروی کارگری، تلف شدن محصول و غیره روبهرو است. سامانههای پردازش تصویر روشهای نوینی هستند که در بخش کشاورزی کاربردهای مختلفی از جمله درجهبندی محصولات دارد. هدف از این پژوهش پیادهسازی یک سامانه ماشین بینایی برای طبقهبندی هویج بر اساس شکل با استفاده از روش پردازش تصویر میباشد. برای این منظور تصویر 135 نمونه هویج در شکلهای مختلف (معمول و غیرمعمول) تهیه گردید. پس از پیشپردازش تصاویر، ویژگیهای مختلف شکل از تصاویر استخراج شد. در فرآیند انتخاب ویژگی، طول، وسعت، محیط، گردی، ناهمگنی مرکز سطح، ناهمگنی عرضی و تعداد ریشه به عنوان ویژگیهای کارا انتخاب گردید. از روشهای هوش مصنوعی و ماشینبردار پشتیبان برای طبقهبندی نمونهها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که دقت درجهبندی روش شبکه عصبی مصنوعی پرسپترون چندلایه از ماشین بردار پشتیبان بیشتر و برابر با 50/98 درصد میباشد. میتوان گفت که روش پردازش تصویر و ماشین بینایی جهت ارتقا روش سنتی درجهبندی هویج کارآمد میباشند.

شناسایی و شمارش دو آفت مهم گلخانه با کمک پردازش تصویر مطالعه موردی: سفید بالک و تریپس
شناسایی و ردیابی به موقع آفات در گلخانه یک امر حیاتی جهت کنترل آفات و بیماریها، کاهش خسارت و افزایش عملکرد محصول میباشد. آفات مختلفی از قبیل سفید بالکها، تریپسها، شتهها و غیره در خسارت به محصول و در نتیجه کاهش آن موثر هستند. در این پژوهش، شناسایی و شمارش آفات مهم گلخانه (سفید بالک و تریپس) از طریق کارتهای چسبان زرد رنگ به کمک پردازش تصویر انجام شد. ابتدا از کارتهای نصب شده در گلخانه در طول روز با دوربین دیجیتال عکس گرفته شد. سپس بر اساس طراحی الگوریتمی به منظور استخراج مولفههای رنگی و اندازه اشیاء از تبدیلات فضای رنگ، آستانهگیری، حذف نویز، عملیات مرفولوژیکی برچسبزنی به همبندها برای شناسایی و شمارش حشرات سفید بالک و تریپس به تله افتاده بر روی کارتهای چسبان زرد استفاده شد. به کمک روش ماتریس اغتشاش، دقت الگوریتم پیشنهادی بررسی شده که این مقدار برابر با 5/94 و 4/87 درصد بهترتیب برای شناسایی سفید بالک و تریپس محاسبه شد.

تعیین بهترین الگوریتم طبقهبندی بهمنظور تخمین سطح زیر کشت نخیلات با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره لندست 8
محصول خرما یکی از ارزشمندترین محصولات باغبانی در ایران بهشمار میآید که 16% کل صادرات جهانی را شامل میشود. استان کرمان دومین رتبه در سطح زیر کشت خرما در ایران را دارا است. به همین منظور تعیین سطح زیر کشت خرما اهمیت پیدا کرده است. برخی از سازمانها برای تعیین سطح زیر کشت از سرشماری استفاده میکنند که معایب آن هزینه بالا و اتلاف وقت و نیاز به نیروی انسانی زیاد برای پوششدهی کل کشور است. هدف از این تحقیق سنجش توانایی ماهواره لندست 8 با سنجده OLI در شناسایی و تعیین سطح زیر کشت نخلستانها است. برای پی بردن به بهترین روش برای شناسایی نخلستانها چهار روش طبقهبندی نظارتشده Maximum Likelihood Classifier (MLC), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Neural Network (NN), Mahalanobis Distance Classifier (MDC) و یک روش طبقهبندی نظارتنشده (K-Means) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج طبقهبندیها نشان داد که دقت کلی طبقهبندی10/99 % (ضریب کاپا 98/0) با استفاده از NN، 77/98 % (ضریب کاپا 975/0) با استفاده از MLC، 66/98 % (ضریب کاپا 973/0) با استفاده از SVM، 52/98 % (ضریب کاپا 97/0) با استفاده از MDC و 52/66 % ( ضریب کاپا 31/0) با استفاده از K-Means است. خطای تخمین مساحت نخیلات با استفاده از ( RMSE) در روش NN (0)، در روش MLC (2/0)، در روش MDC (06/0)، در روش SVM (0) و در روش K-Means (0) محاسبه شد. پس از تحلیلدادهها بهترین روش طبقهبندی برای شناسایی نخلستانها روش NN شناخته شد. در پژوهش حاضر، با بررسی انجامشده بر رویدادهها در ماتریس آشفتگی مشخص شد که SVM قدرت بالاتری برای شناسایی نخلستان با تشخیص 100% سامانه (تولیدکننده) نسبت به MLC را داشت و همچنین K-Means نیز میتواند نخلستان خرما را شناسایی کند اما مناطقی که به رنگ قهوهای تیره هستند را نیز بهعنوان نخلستان شناسایی کرده است. در مجموع میتوان گفت هر چهار روش طبقهبندی نظارتشده با دقت قابل قبولی میتوانند نخلستان را شناسایی کنند.

طبقهبندی کیوی با استفاده از تکنیک ضربه- آکوستیک و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی
حفظ پارامترهای کیفی میوه در مرحله پس از برداشت نقش تاثیرگذاری در بازارپسندی و کاهش ضایعات محصول دارد. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر، بررسی فاکتور سفتی میوهی کیوی پس از برداشت با استفاده از تکنیک غیرمخرب آنالیز سیگنال صوتی حاصل از ضربه میباشد. در این مطالعه 150 عدد کیوی رقم هایوارد در طول دوره 18 روز پس از برداشت (پس از خروج از سردخانه) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نمونهها بر روی یک نوار نقاله قرار داده شده و بهطور گسسته با یک صفحه افقی برخورد کرده و سپس با پردازش صدای حاصل از ضربه در دو حوزه زمان و فرکانس، صفات مربوط به کیویهای سفت، متوسط و نرم استخراج گشت و سپس توسط شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی کلاسبندی شد. نتایج نشان داد که ویژگیهای حوزه فرکانس، بیشترین قابلیت را در شناسایی صحیح نمونهها داشته و مدل بهینهی ارائه شده با تعداد پنج نرون در لایه پنهان دارای دقت شناسایی صحیح 3/93 در مرحله آموزش، 3/91 در مرحله ارزیابی و 3/78 درصدی برای دادههای آزمون برای کل نمونهها بود.

تأثیر پوشش چیتوزان بر خواص فیزیکی، مکانیکی و شیمیایی انگور رقم فخری در طول دوره انبارداری
در این تحقیق خواص فیزیکی، شیمیایی، مکانیکی و رئولوژیکی انگور فخری در طول دوره نگهداری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. انگور فخری پس از برداشت از باغات استان همدان با استفاده از پوشش چیتوزان در سه غلظت (5/0، 1 و 2 درصد) پوششدهی شده و در دو دمای محیط و یخچال (4 درجه سانتیگراد) نگهداری شده است. در طول دوره نگهداری هر 5 روز یکبار خواص فیزیکی (افت وزن، درصد رطوبت و تغییرات شاخص رنگ)، خواص شیمیایی (pH و TSS)، خواص مکانیکی (نیروی بیشینه، نیروی شکست و مدول الاستیسیته) و خواص رئولوژیکی (زمان تنشآسایی و مقدار تنشآسایی) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشاندهنده آن بود که اثرات اصلی دما، دوره نگهداری و پوشش چیتوزان و برخی از اثرات متقابل آنها تأثیر معنیداری در سطح 1 درصد بر خواص فیزیکی و شیمیایی انگور فخری داشتهاند. بیشترین افت وزن 66/10 درصد در نمونه پوششدهی شده با چیتوزان 5/0 درصد نگهداری شده در دمای محیط اتفاق افتاد. کمترین میزان اختلاف رنگ برای نمونههای پوششدهی شده با چیتوزان 2 درصد نگهداری شده در دمای یخچال مشاهده شد. کمترین نیروی بیشینه در آخرین روز دوره برای نمونههای شاهد نگهداری شده در دمای محیط بوده است. دوره نگهداری تأثیر معنیداری در سطح 1 درصد بر مدول الاستیسیته دارد درحالیکه تأثیر پوشش بر این پارامتر معنیدار نبوده است. نتایج نشاندهنده آن بود که استفاده از پوشش چیتوزان تأثیر مستقیمی در افزایش زمان و مقدار تنشآسایی انگور فخری داشته است بهنحویکه در طول دوره نگهداری کاهش هر دو پارامتر در نمونههای پوششدهی شده نسبت به نمونههای شاهد کمتر بوده است.

مقایسه فرآیند خشک کردن و کیفیت تبدیل در خشککنهای گردش مجدد و رایج شلتوک
مصرف بالای انرژی و غیر یکنواختی خشک شدن شلتوک در خشککنهای خوابیده رایج میباشد که شانس شکستگی دانه در مراحل تبدیل برنج را بالا میبرد. بهکارگیری خشککنهای جدید میتواند مشکلات ذکر شده را حل نماید. در این مقاله عملکرد یک دستگاه خشککن ایستاده گردش مجدد شلتوک با یک خشککن رایج برنج (خشککن خوابیده) برای خشک کردن شلتوک رقم طارم مقایسه شد. در هر دو خشککن شاخصهای زمان خشک کردن شلتوک، روند تغییرات رطوبت شلتوک و انرژی ویژه مصرفی تبخیرآب شلتوک بررسی شد. همچنین تاثیر کاربرد هرکدام از خشککنها نیز بر روی شاخصهای کیفی راندمان تبدیل، درصد شکستگی برنج سفید، درجه سفیدی برنج و کیفیت پخت برنج (درصد افزایش طول بعد از پخت) بررسی شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کاربرد خشککن ایستاده گردش مجدد، موجب کاهش 12/54 درصدی زمان و مصرف انرژی در خشک کردن شلتوک شد. در خشککنهای ایستاده مقدار انرژی لازم برای تبخیر یک کیلوگرم آب از شلتوک MJ9/3 بهدست آمد که 25/76 درصد کمتر از خشککنهای خوابیده رایج بود. کاربرد خشککنهای ایستاده نسبت به خشککنهای زمینی تاثیر معنیداری بر راندمان تبدیل شلتوک نداشت، امّا مقدار شکستگی برنج را 5 درصد کاهش داد. درجه سفیدی برنج خشک شده در خشککن خوابیده 4/2 درصد نسبت به برنج خشک شده در خشککن ایستاده بیشتر بود و خشک کردن شلتوک با خشککنهای خوابیده رایج موجب افزایش 2/6 درصدی نسبت افزایش طول (ری کردن) برنج پس از پخت شد.

تاثیر پارابویلینگ بر برخی خصوصیات برنج محلی رقم چمپا
برنج یکی از مهمترین دانههای خوراکی جهان است. فرآیند تبدیل یکی از مهمترین مراحل فرآوری شلتوک برنج میباشد که بر کمیت و کیفیت تولید آن اثر دارد. رقم چمپا از مهمترین ارقام برنج مناطق جنوب غرب ایران بوده که علیرغم طعم و عطر مطبوع، کیفیت تبدیل پایینی دارد. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی افزایش کیفیت تبدیل دانه برنج محلی رقم چمپا توسط عملیات پارابویلینگ (نیمپزکردن) انجام شد. تیمارهای عملیات پارابویلینگ شامل سه دمای خیساندن شلتوک (35، 55 و 75 درجهسانتیگراد) و دو زمان بخاردهی (15 و 25 دقیقه) در دمای بخار 110 درجه سانتیگراد بودند. این پژوهش در سه تکرار و در آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی اجرا شد. میزان شکستگی دانه در نمونههای شاهد (عدم پارابویلینگ) 38/19% بهدست آمد. کمترین میزان شکستگی دانه (03/4%) را تیمارپارابویلینگ (دمای خیساندن 55 درجه و زمان بخاردهی 25 دقیقه) به خود اختصاص داد. عملیات پارابویلینگ باعث افزایش راندمان تبدیل و کاهش مواد ازدست رفته گردید. بیشترین راندمان تبدیل (11/67%) در دمای خیساندن 55 درجه و زمان بخاردهی 25 و کمترین مقدار مواد جامد ازدست رفته (74/1%) در دمای خیساندن 75 درجه و زمان بخاردهی 25 دقیقه بهدست آمد. بیشترین نسبت طول به عرض (46/2) و بالاترین درجه سفیدی (54/76 %) در نمونههای عدم پارابویلینگ حاصل شد. در پارامتر جذب آب تفاوت معنیداری بین تیمارهای پارابویلینگ و عدم پارابویلینگ وجود نداشت.

بررسی هزینه ویژه سوخت کاربرد ترکیب سوختهای دیزل- بیودیزل- بیواتانول در یک موتور دیزل
در طی سالهای اخیر تلاشهای فراوانی را در جهت صرفهجویی و مصرف منطقی نفت و گاز، بهینهسازی تجهیزات انرژی بر و جایگزینی سوختهای فسیلی با منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر انجام دادهاند. برای یک سوخت جایگزین سوخت دیزل بسیار مهم است که از نظر فنی و محیطی مورد قبول، از لحاظ اقتصادی، قابل رقابت و به آسانی در دسترس باشد. در این تحقیق به بررسی تاثیر بار و سرعت موتور و همچنین درصدهای مختلف اختلاط سوختهای دیزل، بیودیزل و بیواتانول بر روی عملکرد اقتصادی موتور دیزل OM 924 پرداخته شد. طراحی آزمایشها با استفاده از روش آماری سطح پاسخ پایهریزی شد و نقاط بهینه متغیرهای مستقل بهمنظور کمینه و یا بیشینه کردن سطوح پاسخ، بهدست آمد. مدلهای درجه دوم بهدست آمده با استفاده از روش سطح پاسخ بهمنظور پیشبینی تاثیر متغیرهای ورودی بر روی سطوح پاسخ از لحاظ آماری (در سطح یک درصد) معنیدار بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش بار اعمالی به موتور هزینه ویژه سوخت در تمام اختلاطهای سوختی کاهش مییابد. همچنین با افزایش سرعت موتور میزان هزینه ویژه سوخت در بارهای پایین به دلیل افزایش مصرف ویژه سوخت روند صعودی شدیدی دارد و در بارهای بالا و میانه این روند افزایشی، ملایمتر شده و در بارهای بالا با افزایش سرعت موتور هزینه ویژه سوخت ابتدا کاهش و سپس افزایش مییابد. میزان هزینه ویژه سوخت با افزایش درصد بیواتانول و بیودیزل در سوختهای اختلاطیافته نسبت به سوخت دیزل افزایش یافت و سوخت دیزل کمترین میزان هزینه ویژه سوخت (580 ریال بهازای هر کیلووات ساعت) را در سرعت 2139 دور بر دقیقه و بار کامل (100 درصد) به خود اختصاص داد.

شناسایی خطرات و ارزیابی ریسک، روشی سازمانیافته نظاممند برای اولویتبندی ریسکها و تصمیمگیری در راستای کاهش ریسک، با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت یکپارچه داراییهای فیزیکی در راستای بهبود قابلیت اطمینانِ سیستمهای بحرانی در ماشین CNC و نیز پیوستگی عملیات ماشینکاری و کاهش توقف تولید بسیار حائز اهمیت است. با توجه به حجم وسیع کاربرد فرآیندهای ماشینکاری با CNC در صنایع قطعهسازی بهویژه ماشینهای کشاورزی، مطالعه پیرامون تحلیل ریسک و مدیریت آن یک الزام مهم بهشمار میرود. لذا این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویتبندی عوامل شکست اجزای مکانیک ماشین CNC که موجب وقفه در عملکرد آن میشوند انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش از تکنیک تجزیه و تحلیل حالات خرابی و اثرات آن (FMEA) در دو حالت مرسوم و فازی برای ارزیابی ریسک اجزای مکانیک ماشین تراش CNC استفاده و نتایج آنها مقایسه شد. طبق نظرات کارشناسان برای اجزای مکانیک ماشین CNC تراش در مجموع 7 سیستم مهم و 30 زیر سیستم وجود دارد که حالتهای خرابی عمدتاً در آنها اتفاق میافتد. پس از ارزیابی مشخص شد که 2 سیستم اجزای محور و روانکاری حالتهای خرابیشان در اولویت اول برای اقدامات کنترلی و اصلاحی قرار دارد. نتایج نشان داد رتبهبندی دقیقتر در روش FMEA فازی موجب بهبود اولویتبندی شده و در نتیجه بستر مناسبتری برای برنامهریزی نگهداری و تعمیرات فراهم میکند.

مطالعهی تجربی تاثیر شیارهای مارپیچ درونی بر عملکرد انتقال نیوماتیکی مواد دانهای در لولههای افقی
در راستای کاهش اصطکاک بین مواد دانهای و سطح داخلی لولههای انتقال نیوماتیکی در فاز متراکم و افزایش دبی جرمی مواد، اقدام به ایجاد شیارهای مارپیچ درون لولههای انتقال به منظور تشکیل بالشتک هوا گردید. بدین منظور دستگاه خانکشی ساخته شد. عملکرد واحد آزمایشی مجهز به این لولهها در حین انتقال ماش بررسی گردید. تیمارهای اعمال شده چهار سطح عمق شیار (0، 35/0، 55/0 و 90/0 میلیمتر)، سه سطح فشار هوای ورودی (1، 2 و 3 بار) و سه سطح طول انتقال لوله (3، 6 و 9 متر) بودند. آزمایشها بهصورت فاکتوریل بر پایهی طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام شدند. تجزیهی واریانس نشان داد عمق شیار، فشار هوا و طول لوله تاثیر معناداری بر دبی جرمی ماش و تغییرات ضریب اصطکاک در سطح احتمال یک درصد داشتهاند. بهعلاوه بیشترین دبی جرمی و کمترین ضریب اصطکاک در شرایط طول 3 متر، عمق شیار 9/0 میلیمتر و فشار هوای 3 بار رخ داده است. از طرفی کمترین دبی جرمی و بیشترین ضریب اصطکاک در شرایط طول 9 متر، لولهی بدون شیار داخلی و فشار هوای 1 بار رخ داده است. عمق بهینهی شیار برای دسترسی به کمینهی ضریب اصطکاک، 35/0 میلیمتر پیشنهاد شد. همچنین لولههای شیاردار به طول 9 متر و فشار هوای 1 و 2 بار بهترین عملکرد انتقال جرمی بر مبنای کمینهی ضریب اصطکاک را نشان دادند. در شرایط یکسان و در مقایسه با طرح لولههای شیاردار با مقطع ذوزنقه، ضریب اصطکاک مواد بهطور متوسط 65 درصد کاهش پیدا کرد.

ارزیابی ساختاری و عملکردی یک دستگاه گردهپاش مخصوص نخلستان
در این پژوهش یک دستگاه گردهپاش برای بارورسازی نخلهای با ارتفاع تنهی 4 تا 9 متر طراحی شد. این گردهپاش سبک و قابل حمل شامل یک داکتدفن، کنترلکنندهی سرعت، سرووتستر و یک بوم فیبر کربن است که بدنهی اصلی دستگاه در بالای بوم و کنترلکنندهی سرعت و سرووتستر و باتری در پایین بوم تعبیه شده است. بهمنظور ارزیابی میدانی، دستگاه در منطقهی خور در استان اصفهان و روی رقم کبکاب آزمایش گردید. این آزمایش شامل 18 درخت در شش تیمار (پنج تیمار مکانیکی در مقایسه با روش سنتی بهعنوان تیمار کنترل) در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی صورت گرفت. بازدهی بارورسازی و میوهنشینی در شش تیمار اندازهگیری شد. مقایسه میانگینها با آزمون دانکن مشخص نمود که تولید محصول تیمارها اختلاف معنیداری نداشت و بنابراین بهدلیل سادگی و سرعت بالای کار و نداشتن خطر جانی برای کارگر، میتوان روش مکانیکی را بهعنوان روش جایگزین توصیه کرد. در این ارزیابی میدانی از آرد ماکارونی بهعنوان پرکننده استفاده شد.

تحلیل انرژی و اکسرژی سامانهی گرمایش گلخانه مجهز به متمرکزکنندهی سهموی خطی و جمعکنندهی صفحه-تخت خورشیدی
تغییرات درجه حرارت بهطور قابل ملاحظهای بر کیفیت و کمیت محصول تولید شده در گلخانه اثر میگذارد. از این رو، یکی از مهمترین نیازهای کشت گلخانهای در فصلهای سرد، سامانهی تأمین حرارت است. در تحقیق حاضر، یک سامانهی ترکیبی گرمایش خورشیدی برای گلخانه، بهصورت تئوری و تجربی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. سامانهی مورد نظر دارای یک متمرکزکنندهی سهموی خطی، یک جمعکنندهی صفحه تخت خورشیدی و مخزن ذخیره حرارت بود. جمعکنندهی صفحه تخت در داخل گلخانه نصب شد تا در شب نقش تبادل حرارت ذخیره شده در مخزن، با محیط گلخانه را برعهده داشته باشد. تحلیل انرژی و اکسرژی سامانه انجام و معادلات بهدستآمده با استفاده از دادههای تجربی اعتبارسنجی شدند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که با توجه به معیارهای آماری ضریب همبستگی و ریشهی میانگین مربعات خطا، دادههای نظری با دقت قابل قبولی نتایج تجربی را پیشبینی کردند. افزایش دبی سیال عبوری در متمرکزکننده موجب افزایش دمای خروجی آن و کاهش دمای خروجی جمعکنندهی صفحه تخت شد. بیشترین بازده اکسرژی متمرکزکننده و جمعکنندهی صفحه تخت، بهترتیب در دبیهای 5/1 و 5/0 کیلوگرم بر دقیقه بهدست آمدند. در مجموع، بالاترین مقدار ذخیره انرژی در مخزن، در دبی سیال عبوری 5/0 کیلوگرم بر دقیقه مشاهده گردید. بنابراین، استفاده از این دبی جریان در متمرکزکننده، برای کار با سامانهی مورد نظر، پیشنهاد گردید.

کاربرد رویکرد تلفیقی FMEA-ANP در اولویتبندی ریسک تأخیرات انتقال محصول نیشکر به کارخانه
یکی از مهمترین ریسکهای موجود در عملیات انتقال محصول نیشکر تأخیرات بهوجود آمده در این فرآیند میباشد. این تأخیرات میتواند اثرات مخربی بر افت کمی و کیفی محصول داشته باشد. مدیریت این تأخیرات با استفاده از تکنیکهای مدیریت ریسک و حذف فاکتورهای ریسکپذیر میتواند گامی مؤثر در جهت افزایش بهرهوری فرآیند انتقال محصول نیشکر به کارخانه از طریق حداقلسازی مدت زمان بین برداشت نیشکر و آغاز مرحله فرآوری باشد. در این پژوهش پس از بررسی عوامل تأخیر شامل خرابی کارخانه، خرابی تراکتورهای در صف، تصادف و واژگونی آنها و تغییر شیفت با استفاده از روش FMEA-ANP مشخص گردید که خرابی کارخانه مهمترین و تأثیرگذارترین عامل تأخیر در عملیات انتقال نیشکر به کارخانه میباشد. سپس به بررسی دقیق علتهای خرابی کارخانه پرداخته شد. با استفاده از نظرات کارشناسان خبره مشخص گردید که بهترتیب خرابی آسیاب کارخانه و پس از آن نوارنقالهها مهمترین علل تأخیر میباشد. از بین نوارنقالهها نیز بیشترین خرابی مربوط به نقاله ورودی به آسیاب اول بود. بنابراین با پیادهسازی سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات پیشگیرانه در کارخانه و بهخصوص در بخش آسیاب میتوان انتظار داشت که تا حد قابلتوجهی بتوان از توقفات احتمالی پیشگیری کرد. علاوه بر این، تلاش جهت تطابق ظرفیت برداشت نیشکر و ظرفیت تحویل کارخانه میتواند در کاهش زمان بین برداشت نیشکر و آغاز مرحله فرآوری مؤثر باشد.

مدلسازی متغیرهای موثر بر عملکرد نیشکر با استفاده از الگوریتمهای درخت تصمیمگیری C5.0 و QUEST
در این پژوهش یکی از اهداف اصلی شرکتهای کشت و صنعت نیشکر خوزستان که افزایش میزان عملکرد مزارع نیشکر با استفاده از رهیافت دادهکاوی میباشد، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تصمیمگیرندگان در این واحدهای تولیدی کشاورزی با حجم بسیار زیادی از دادههای جمعآوری شده با خصوصیات بسیار متنوع و با روابط پیچیده در بین آنها مواجه هستند که آنالیز و مدیریت آنها بهوسیلهی تجزیه و تحلیلهای تجربی و آماری، امری دشوار و در بسیاری از حوضهها عملاً ناممکن میباشد. دادهکاوی یک فناوری توانمند در مدیریت و سازماندهی اطلاعات با حجم بالا میباشد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از تکنیکهای دادهکاوی درخت تصمیم (مدلهای QUEST و C5.0)، به تخمین عملکرد محصول نیشکر پرداخته شده است. در این راستا مجموعه دادههای در دسترس همچون دادههای آبیاری و زهکشی، خاک و گیاه استفاده گردید تا اثر ترکیبهای متفاوت این عوامل بر عملکرد تولید تعیین گردد. این پژوهش از نوع تحلیلی بوده و پایگاه داده آن شامل رکوردهای 1201 مزرعه میباشد. دادههای مورد نیاز این تحقیق، طی سالهای زراعی 1393 تا 1396 از کشت و صنعت امیرکبیر بهدست آمده است. تجزیه و تحلیل به کمک نرمافزار IBM modeler 14.2 انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد، شاخصهای اجرایی و مدیریتی بر تغییر سطح عملکرد مزارع نیشکر تاثیرگذار میباشد. چگونگی تاثیرپذیری سطح عملکرد وابسته به ترکیبهای خاصی از شاخصهای اجرایی و مدیریتی میباشد که در قالب الگوهای حاصل از مدلهای درخت تصمیم QUEST و C5.0 استخراج شده است. همچنین واریته محصول در هر دو مدل درخت تصمیم بهعنوان مهمترین متغیر مستقل در مدلسازی ظاهر شده است. بنابراین نتایج بهدست آمده میتواند در برنامهریزی و آمادهسازی شرایط مطلوب برای رسیدن به اهداف تعیین شده میزان تولید کمک نماید.
