چکیده

با توجه به کاربرد گسترده ارّه موتوری و اهمیت بالای مطالعه عوامل مؤثر بر ارتعاشات آن، به بررسی تأثیر نوع چوب و دور موتور بر ارتعاشات یک نوع ارّه موتوری پرداخته شد. مطالعه بر روی سه نوع چوب راش، ممرز و توسکا، منتخب از جنگل‌های شمال ایران، صورت گرفت. برخلاف مطالعات قبلی یک حالت بدون برش نیز به‌عنوان تیمار شاهد به آزمایش‌ها اضافه گردید. همچنین ارتعاشات در سه دور مختلف حین برش چوب اندازه‌گیری شد. سپس، سیگنال‌های ارتعاشی مطابق با استانداردهای بین‌المللی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که هر چند نوع عملیات بر میزان شتاب ارتعاش وزن‌دار شده فرکانسی تأثیر معنی‌داری نداشته است، امّا برش چوب سبب افزایش میزان شتاب ارتعاش وزن‌دار نشده در فرکانس‌های پایین و کاهش آن در فرکانس‌های بالا شده است. همچنین تأثیر دور موتور و جهت بر میزان شتاب ارتعاش وزن‌دار شده فرکانسی، در سطح 1% معنی‌دار بود. افزایش دور موتور، سبب افزایش در میزان شتاب ارتعاش وزن‌دار شده فرکانسی گردید.
