چکیده

افزایش غلظت گازهای سمی در مرغداری‌ها از مشکلات اساسی پرورش به‌شمار رفته و کنترل این فرآیند نیازمند شناخت دقیق شرایط تولید این گازها و فاکتورهای محیطی مؤثر بر آن می‌باشد. در این پژوهش برای اندازه‌گیری نرخ انتشار آمونیاک و مطالعه تأثیرات دما و رطوبت سالن و سن جوجه‌ها بر میزان انتشار آمونیاک، از یک سالن مرغداری با ظرفیت 18 هزار قطعه جوجه گوشتی در شهرستان سبزوار استفاده شد. برای انجام تحقیق، تمامی سنسورهای مورد نیاز درون سالن نصب گردید و اطلاعات دریافتی از آن‌ها در یک کامپیوتر مرکزی ذخیره و پردازش شدند. میانگین نرخ انتشار آمونیاک در طول پرورش جوجه‌های گوشتی 89 میلی‌گرم در روز برای هر پرنده به‌دست آمد. نرخ انتشار آمونیاک تا سن 37 روزگی افزایش یافت و بیشترین میزان انتشار آمونیاک در این سن مشاهده شد. رابطه نرخ انتشار آمونیاک با فاکتورهای مؤثر بر آن مانند دما و رطوبت هوای سالن و سن جوجه‌ها به روش رگرسیون به‌دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که سن جوجه‌ها بالاترین تأثیر و دما و رطوبت سالن تأثیر کمتری را بر نرخ انتشار آمونیاک داشتند. با بالاتر رفتن سن پرنده و افزایش دما و رطوبت سالن، نرخ انتشار آمونیاک نیز افزایش یافت. مقایسه نرخ انتشار آمونیاک به‌دست آمده از معادله رگرسیون با نرخ انتشار اندازه‌گیری شده در شرایط واقعی نشان داد که معادله رگرسیون می‌تواند با دقت بالایی نرخ انتشار آمونیاک را تخمین بزند.
