چکیده

استفاده از سوختی جایگزین بنزین و همچنین کاهش آلاینده‌های خروجی در موتور اشتعال جرقه‌ای از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. لذا در این پژوهش از ترکیب اتانول با بنزین (در پنج سطح، 0، 10، 20، 30 و 40 درصد) به‌عنوان سوخت تجدیدپذیر و از نانو ذرات کربنی (در سه سطح 0، 20 و 80 پی‌پی‌ام) به‌عنوان کاتالیزور در یک موتور انژکتوری بنزینی (در دورهای 1000، 2000 و 3000 دور بر دقیقه) مصرف شدند. آزمایش‌ها در سه تکرار و به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد و اکسیژن و برخي از آلاینده‌های موتور از قبیل صدا، مونو اکسید کربن، هیدروکربن‌های نسوخته و دی‌اکسید کربن خروجی موتور اندازه‌گیری شد. نتايج نشان داد با افزایش مصرف اتانول مقدار تولید مونو اکسید کربن و هیدروکربن‌های نسوخته کم می‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌شود. همچنین مقدار تولید اکسیژن و دی‌اکسید کربن افزایش می‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌یابد. افزودن نانو ذرات کربني باعث کاهش صداي موتور در دورهاي بالا (در دور 3000 دور بر دقيقه مقدار صدا از 17/82 دسيبل با بنزين خالص به 79 دسيبل در مخلوط بنزين با 80 پي‌پي‌ام نانو ذرات کربني) مي‌شود. نتايج نشان داد استفاده از سیستم تزریق هوا به اگزوز قبل از کاتالیست نسبت به تيمار بنزين خالص، ترکيب‌هاي مختلفي از 80 پي‌پي‌ام نانو ذرات کربني و همچنين اتانول صفر درصد برتري دارد.
