چکیده

هدف این تحقیق بررسی مصرف انرژی و هزینه‌های تولید آلبالو و گیلاس در شمال شرق ایران بود. اطلاعات از طریق 75 تولیدکننده گیلاس و 42 تولیدکننده آلبالو جمع‌آوری شدند. انرژی کل نهاده‌ها برای تولید گیلاس و آلبالو به‌ترتیب 76/37 و GJha-1 03/31 تخمین زده شد. در حالی‌که بازده انرژی گیلاس بیشتر از آلبالو بود. در هر دو محصول کود شیمیایی و سوخت دیزل بیشترین مصرف انرژی را داشتند. سهم انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر در تولید گیلاس بیشتر از آلبالو بود که نشان می‌دهد تولید گیلاس در این منطقه به منابع تجدیدناپذیر وابسته‌تر است. تحلیل اقتصادی نشان داد که هزینه تولید گیلاس بیشتر از آلبالو بود اما به‌دلیل قیمت بالاتر گیلاس، سود گیلاس بیشتر بود. نتایج مدل‌سازی نشان داد که نیروی انسانی بیشترین تاثیر را روی هزینه تولید هر دو محصول داشت. در نهایت، صرفه‌جویی در مصرف سوخت دیزل و مدیریت کوددهی به‌عنوان راه‌حل‌های اصلی برای حل مسایل اقتصادی و انرژی هر دو محصول توصیه شد.
