چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بهبود طراحی و عملکرد دستگاه یکپارچه فرآوری Enset انجام شد و تمرکز آن بر روی اجزای کلیدی مانند شفت، درام استوانهای، صفحه محافظ (بِرِستپلیت) و تیغه درام بود. دستگاههای موجود فرآوری Enset به دلیل فرسودگی قطعات، خرابیهای مکانیکی و طراحی نامناسب با ناکارآمدیهایی مواجه هستند که منجر به چالشهای عملیاتی میشود. برای رفع این مشکلات، اصلاحات هدفمند در طراحی قطعات دستگاه برنامهریزی شد. مواد مورد استفاده برای این قطعات بر اساس استانداردهای ASTM انتخاب گردید. قطعات اصلاحشده با استفاده از روش اجزای محدود در ماژول ورکبنچ نرمافزارANSYS 2023 R1 در دانشگاه علوم و فناوری آداما، اتیوپی، بهطور دقیق تحلیل شدند. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که حداکثر تنشها برای شفت، درام استوانهای، تیغه و صفحه محافظ بهترتیب برابر با 120، 250، 400 و 260 مگاپاسکال و حداقل تنشها بهترتیب 30، 70، 120 و 80 مگاپاسکال بودند. بیشترین تغییر شکلها نیز بهترتیب 0.15، 0.3، 0.55 و 0.35 میلیمتر گزارش شد و ضریب ایمنی بیشینه برای همه قطعات برابر با 15 بود. این نتایج نشان میدهد که اصلاحات انجام شده شرایط کاری ایمن را فراهم میکند. طراحی به گونهای است که درام، تیغه درام و صفحه محافظ سختی کافی برای تحمل نیروهای عملیاتی را دارند و تغییر شکل حداقلی (2.39×10⁻⁶ میلیمتر برای تیغه درام) در محدوده ضریب ایمنی 1.25 باقی میماند. علاوه بر این، دستگاه عملکرد بسیار خوبی در جذب انرژی و پاسخ ارتعاشی از خود نشان داد که بیانگر استحکام ساختاری آن است.
