چکیده

در این کار تحقیقاتی، تحلیل انرژی و اکسرژی سامانه تولید بخار شرکت آبمیوه پاکدیس ارومیه با چهار دیگ بخار بررسی شد و با استفاده از معادلات تعادل جرم، انرژی و اکسرژی برای هر یک از اجزای سامانه، توابع هدف ترمودینامیکی شامل بازده اکسرژی، نرخ تخریب اکسرژی، نرخ تلفات اکسرژی و نرخ پتانسیل بهبود آن‌ها بر اساس قانون اول و دوم ترمودینامیکی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. پس از اکتساب داده‌ها، تحلیل انرژی و اکسرژی این سامانه با حل معادلات مربوطه با کمک روابط خواص ترمودینامیکی همراه با برنامه‌نویسی در نرم‌افزار EES صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین بازده اکسرژی 98.44 درصد، مربوط به توزیع‌کننده بخار (O) سامانه با نرخ پتانسیل بهبود 1.51 کیلووات و نرخ تخریب اکسرژی 28.38 کیلووات بود، و همچنین پمپ (M) قبل از دیگ بخار چهارم با بازده اکسرژی 19.69 درصد دارای کمترین مقدار بازده اکسرژی بود به طوری‌که مقادیر 12.55 و 11.93 کیلووات به‌ترتیب برای نرخ تخریب اکسرژی و نرخ پتانسیل بهبود آن حاصل شد. بیشترین نرخ تخریب اکسرژی سامانه را دیگ بخار اول با مقدار 12391.80 کیلووات با بازده 19.55 درصد و نرخ پتانسیل بهبود 10295.26 کیلووات دارا بود. طبق نتایج حاصله، بیشترین و کمترین مقدار نرخ تلفات اکسرژی سامانه با مقادیر 446.90 و 0.47 کیلووات به‌ترتیب برای دیگ بخار سوم (L) و منبع انبساط (F) به‌دست آمد.
