چکیده

مرحله برداشت از مهم‌ترین مراحل تولید بادام‌زمینی است. برداشت بادام‌زمینی به‌صورت دو مرحله‌ای است: مرحله اول شامل درآوردن کامل بوته‌ها از خاک است که به‌صورت یکسان انجام شد و مرحله دوم خشک‌کردن و جداکردن غلاف بادام‌زمینی از بوته گیاهی است. در این پژوهش، سه روش برداشت بادام‌زمینی در مرحله دوم بررسی شد. آزمایش بر پایه طرح کرت‌های خردشده در قالب بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار انجام شد. کرت‌ اصلی شامل میزان رطوبت خاک در زمان برداشت در سه سطح: a1-21%، a2- 18% و a3- 15% و کرت‌ فرعی شامل جداکردن غلاف بادام‌زمینی از بوته گیاهی در سه سطح: b1- استفاده از کمباین کششی مخصوص بادام‌‍‌زمینی، b2- کوبش با خرمن‌کوب پشت تراکتوری، b3- روش دستی بود. پارامترهای اندازه‌گیری‌شده شامل ظرفیت مزرعه‌ای موثر، زمان موردنیاز برداشت، درصد تلفات مرحله اول و دوم برداشت، درصد تلفات کل و تعداد کارگر مورد نیاز بود. نتایج نشان داد مناسب‌ترین محتوی رطوبتی خاک برای شروع برداشت مرحله اول 18% بود. تفاوت اکثر پارامترها در میان تیمارها در سطح یک درصد معنی‌دار بودند. بیشترین و کمترین ظرفیت مزرعه‌ای موثر به‌ترتیب برای کمباین کششی و روش برداشت دستی برابر با 0.46 و 0.006 هکتار در ساعت بود. کمترین و بیشترین تلفات کل به‌ترتیب با 5.95 و 10.58 درصد مربوط به روش دستی و برداشت با کمباین کششی مخصوص بادام‌زمینی بود. بنابراین با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده کمباین مخصوص کششی برای برداشت زودهنگام بادام‌زمینی و روش دستی از لحاظ کیفیت مناسب محصول به‌دست‌آمده برای منطقه توصیه می‌شود.
