چکیده

کربن فعال یک جاذب با ظرفیت جذب بالا بوده و در فرآیندهای جداسازی مختلف در فازهای مایع و گاز کاربرد دارد. فرآیند اصلی تولید کربن فعال، شامل پیرولیز ماده خام اولیه است و کربن تولیدشده در کوره فعال‏سازی، فعال می‌شود. باتوجه به اهمیت مرحله فعال‏سازی در خواص کربن فعال تولیدی، در این مقاله تحلیل حرارتی و مکانیکی کوره بخش فعال‌ساز مورد توجه قرار گرفت. مدل اولیه با نرم‌افزار CATIA V5 R27 طراحی و با نرم‌افزار ANSYS R20 تحلیل حرارتی و مکانیکی شد. تغییر طول‌های ناشی از حرارت کوره دوار و همچنین تلفات گرمایی و نحوه گردش جریان گرمایی در داخل کوره بررسی شد. به همین منظور ابتدا تحلیل حرارتی و سیالاتی کوره انجام، سپس نتایج با یک تحلیل مکانیکی ادغام گردید. کوره همراه با واحد گرمایش مرکزی و دامنه اطراف کوره در محیط ANSYS CFX مدل‌سازی شد. نتایج نشان داد که دمای دیواره داخلی حدود 600 درجه سانتی‌گراد است. با توجه به میزان دمای داخلی بدنه و با مهار کردن یک سمت کوره که در مدل واقعی توسط واشر جانبی اعمال می‌شود، میزان تغییر طول کوره در راستای محور افقی، معادل mm 11.75 محاسبه شد. سپس آزمون تجربی روی مدل واقعی انجام گرفت و نتایج حاصل از تحلیل آماری نشان‌دهنده عدم وجود اختلاف معنی‌دار بین نتایج مدل‌سازی و تجربی می‌باشد. در نهایت برای مهار آن از غلتک و تکیه‌گاه‌های مناسب، ورق‌های سایشی همراه با صفحات فشاری و برای مهار تلفات گرمایی از عایق سرامیکی 5 سانتی‌متری استفاده گردید.
