چکیده

یکی از منابع زیست‌توده فضولات دامی می‌باشد. فرآوری کود گاوی با استفاده از دستگاه‌های فشرده‌ساز (اکسترودر) به‌دلیل بزرگ بودن اندازه ذرات کود و محتویات آن (کاه و کلش) همواره با مشکلاتی روبه‌رو است. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﺳﺎﺧﺖ دستگاه خردکن کود گاوی مرطوب ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. قسمت‌های مختلف دستگاه شامل واحد کوبنده، ضدکوبنده و فنر و پیچ قابل‌تنظیم می‌باشد. در این خردکن از مکانیزم فنر و پیچ قابل‌تنظیم برای تنظیم فاصله‌ی بین کوبنده و ضدکوبنده برای دستیابی به اندازه ذرات نهایی مطلوب استفاده شده است. در هر آزمون مقداری کود گاوی به‌وسیله دستگاه آسیاب شد و قطر میانگین هندسی اندازه ذرات کود گاوی برای سه سطح محتوای رطوبتی شامل  35، 40 و 45 درصد (بر مبنای تر) و سه سطح سرعت دورانی واحد کوبنده شامل 150، 200 و 250 دور بر دقیقه تعیین شد. به این منظور از یک آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار استفاده شد. توزیع اندازه ذرات کود گاوی درتمام سطوح محتوای رطوبتی و سرعت دورانی واحد کوبنده، به‌صورت نرمال بود. گسترده‌ترین توزیع در محتواهای رطوبتی 35 و 40 درصد (بر مبنای تر) در سرعت دورانی 200 دور بر دقیقه و در محتوای رطوبتی 45 درصد (بر مبنای تر) در سرعت دورانی 250 دور بر دقیقه مشاهد شد. خرد شدن کود گاوی توسط دستگاه خردکن در سرعت دورانی 200 دور بر دقیقه و محتوای رطوبتی 45 درصد (بر مبنای تر)، دارای کمترین قطر میانگین هندسی اندازه ذرات و برابر با 02/1 میلی‌متر بود. افزون براین نتایج، بیشترین انرژی مصرفی ویژه دستگاه خردکن کود گاوی در محتوای رطوبتی 45% و سرعت دورانی 150 دور بر دقیقه برابر با 2/64 کیلوژول بر کیلوگرم بود. همچنین استفاده از دستگاه خردکن کود گاوی مرطوب سبب کاهش انرژی مصرفی ویژه خرد کردن کود گاوی به میزان 92% نسبت به روش مرسوم (استفاده از دستگاه‌های خشک‌کن و آسیاب چکشی) در خط تولید پلت شده است.
