شناسایی زنجرک پسته (Hem.: Cicadellidae) Idiocerus stali با استفاده از پردازش تصویر و شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی

چکیده

استراتژی مدیریت تلفیقی آفات (IPM)، به پایش پیوسته جمعیت آفات وابسته است، این کار نه تنها زمان‌بر است، بلکه وابستگی زیادی به داوری انسان دارد و پر هزینه نیز می‌باشد. استفاده از روش‌های هوش مصنوعی به جای تصمیم‌گیری‌های دستی و انسانی، علاوه بر این که سبب افزایش بهره‌وری می‌گردد، از دقت بالایی نیز برخوردار است. پسته، یک محصول تجاری است و هر ساله خسارت زیادی توسط حشرات به تولیدکنندگان این محصول وارد می‌شود. گروهی از آفات پسته عمدتاً از میوه پسته تغذیه می‌کنند، که از این گروه زنجرک پسته، دارای اهمیت زیادی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق زنجرک پسته به‌عنوان حشره هدف جهت شناسایی انتخاب شد. برای جمع‌آوری نمونه‌ها از کارت‌های زرد چسبنده استفاده شد. 357 خصوصیت رنگی و 20خصوصیت شکلی برای شناسایی زنجرک پسته به‌وسیله الگوریتم پردازش تصویر استخراج شد. خصوصیات رنگی به دو دسته‌ی خصوصیات مربوط ‌به میانگین و انحراف‌معیار و خصوصیات مربوط ‌به شاخص‌های سبزی تقسیم شدند. از 17 فضای رنگی مختلف مثل RGB، HSV و غیره برای استخراج خصوصیات و از روش هیبرید شبکه عصبی مصنوعی-الگوریتم بهینه‌سازی ازدحام ذرات (ANN-PSO) برای انتخاب خصوصیات مؤثر استفاده گردید. خصوصیات مؤثر انتخابی جهت طبقه‌بندی حشرات عبارتند از: شاخص رنگی برای پوشش گیاهی استخراجی مربوط به فضای رنگی HSL، شاخص تفاضل نرمال شده مربوط به فضای رنگی LCH، کانال خاکستری مربوط به فضای رنگی YCbCr، شاخص مؤلفه دوم منهای مؤلفه سوم مربوط به فضای رنگی YCbCr، مساحت و میانگین مؤلفه های اول، دوم و سوم فضای رنگی Luv. نرخ شناسایی الگوریتم پردازش تصویر طراحی شده، 99.72درصد کل اشیا (زنجرک پسته، سوسک چوب‌خوار قرمز پسته و سایر حشره‌های غیر هدف و متفرقه) می‌باشد. شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی، توانایی طبقه‌بندی حشرات به سه کلاس (زنجرک پسته، سوسک چوب‌خوار قرمز پسته و سایر حشره‌های غیر هدف و متفرقه) و دو کلاس (زنجرک پسته و سوسک چوب‌خوار قرمز پسته) به‌ترتیب با دقت 91.53 و 99.59 درصد را دارند.
