تحلیل انرژی و اکسرژی خط تغلیظ آلبالو

چکیده

صنعت تغلیظ یکی از بزرگ‌ترین و انرژی‌برترین صنایع تبدیلی در بخش کشاورزی است. در این مطالعه فرآیند تغلیظ آب آلبالو با استفاده از تحلیل انرژی و اکسرژی ارزیابی شد و علاوه بر تعیین هدررفت‌های انرژی، ناکارآمدی‌های ترمودینامیکی در هریک از زیرسامانه‌ها تعیین شدند. همچنین جهت دقیق بودن هرچه بیشتر محاسبات، تمام تجهیزات دمانگاری شدند. پارامتر اقتصاد بخار 2.63 و کل نرخ هدررفت انرژی از خط تغلیظ 4920.82 کیلووات محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که هدررفت انرژی از برج خنک‌کننده با 73.39 درصد از کل هدررفت‌ها، بیشترین مقدار را به خود اختصاص داده است. مقدار کل تخریب اکسرژی برای خط تغلیظ 1045.85 کیلووات و بازده اکسرژی کل 75.76 درصد محاسبه شدند. بیشترین مقدار تخریب اکسرژی در چگالنده بارومتریک با مقدار 346.71 کیلووات به‌دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، احیا و استفاده از سربخار مرحله‌ی آخر، به‌عنوان راه‌حلی برای کاهش هدررفت‌های برج خنک‌کننده و کاهش نرخ تخریب اکسرژی در چگالنده پیشنهاد می‌شود.
