چکیده

شناسایی مناطق توسعه‌یافته و یا محروم و توسعه‌نیافته در تولید یک محصول امری مهم و اساسی در جهت اتخاذ راهبردهای توسعه ملی و منطقه‌ای به شمار می‌رود که هدف عمده آن کاهش نابرابری بین‌منطقه‌ای و درون‌منطقه‌ای در تولید و دسترسی به محصولات کشاورزی است. رتبه‌بندی مناطق بر اساس درجه توسعه‌یافتگی صنایع کشاورزی آن اغلب به‌عنوان یک مسئله چندشاخصه مطرح می‌شود که روش‌های مختلفی برای مواجهه با آن وجود دارد. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی سطح توسعه‌یافتگی سامانه‌های تولید قارچ خوراکی در استان‌های کشور و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها در دو مقطع زمانی سال 1395 و 1400 با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری چندشاخصه تاپسیس است. بدین‌منظور 77 شاخص مختلف مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. وزن این شاخص‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روش آنتروپی شانون محاسبه شد. تحلیل شاخص‌های مختلف در این مطالعه، نابرابری میان استان‌ها ازنظر سطح توسعه‌یافتگی سامانه‌های پرورش قارچ خوراکی را نشان می‌دهد. با توجه به فسادپذیری قارچ و هزینه بالای حمل آن، عدم توسعه متوازن سامانه‌های تولید قارچ در استان‌های کشور باعث ایجاد نابرابری در دسترسی مصرف‌کنندگان به این محصول در سطح کشور شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد به‌طورکلی وضعیت استان‌های تولیدکننده در طول بازه موردبررسی بهبودیافته است. استان‌های شامل رتبه‌های پایین نیازمند اتخاذ سیاست‌ها و انجام اقدامات مناسب هستند تا بتوانند زمینه توسعه متعادل ملی و منطقه‌ای در تولید و توزیع این محصول را ایجاد کنند. ارزیابی سطح توسعه‌یافتگی استان‌ها می‌تواند به بهبود مدیریت سامانه‌های تولید این محصول کمک کند و این صنعت را به سمت توسعه و بهره‌وری بیشتر هدایت کند.
