امکان‌سنجی و مکان‌یابی نصب سامانه روشنایی جاده‌ای با استفاده از انرژی باد در استان کرمانشاه

چکیده

بهره‌برداری مؤثر از مراکز خدمات‌رسانی بین‌راهی و حمل به‌موقع و ایمن کالاها، نیازمند وجود راه‌هایی با سیستم روشنایی و تجهیزات ایمنی مناسب است. استفاده از انرژی باد با نصب توربین‌های بادی در حاشیه جاده‌ها، یک راهکار امیدوارکننده در راستای افزایش ایمنی و تسهیل حمل و نقل جاده‌ای مبتنی بر انرژی پایدار، پاک و تجدیدپذیر با حداقل اثرات زیست‌محیطی به‌شمار می‌رود. هدف این مطالعه، ارزیابی پتانسیل انرژی باد برای تولید برق سیستم روشنایی جاده‌ها و اولویت‌بندی شهرستان‌های استان کرمانشاه برای نصب سامانه روشنایی مبتنی بر انرژی باد است. با استفاده از اطلس باد، مناطق با پتانسیل باد بالا در محدوده ۳ کیلومتری جاده‌ها شناسایی شدند که در نتیجه، ۴۶ نقطه در استان کرمانشاه شناسایی گردید و تحلیل‌های مکان‌یابی بر اساس این نقاط انجام شد. سپس شهرستان‌های استان کرمانشاه بر اساس معیارهای مختلف شامل پتانسیل انرژی باد، فاصله از جاده‌ها، حجم ترافیک، فاصله از خطوط برق فشار قوی، فاصله از مناطق حفاظت‌شده، نوع کاربری اراضی، فاصله از رودخانه و مناطق در معرض سیل، فاصله از گسل‌ها، فاصله از مناطق مسکونی و شیب زمین، با استفاده از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره جهت نصب سیستم روشنایی جاده‌ای مبتنی بر انرژی باد اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که پتانسیل انرژی باد، حجم ترافیک و فاصله از جاده‌ها بیشترین اهمیت را در تعیین مکان نصب سامانه روشنایی دارند. شهرستان‌های کرمانشاه، سنقر و روانسر به‌ترتیب در اولویت نصب سامانه روشنایی با توربین بادی قرار گرفتند، در حالی‌که شهرستان‌های قصر شیرین و سرپل ذهاب در رتبه‌های پایین‌تری قرار گرفتند.
