بررسی اثر هندسه محفظه حسگرها و نوع سیال بر جریان سیال در سامانه بینی الکترونیکی با استفاده از شبیه‌سازی دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی

چکیده
سامانه بینی الکترونیکی قابلیت تجزیه‌وتحلیل مواد فرار موجود در محصولات، با تقلید از بینی انسان را دارا بوده و داده‌های خروجی آن می‌تواند شامل اطلاعات شیمیایی و حسی بسیار مفیدی باشند. با توجه به نیاز به صرف هزینه و زمان زیاد برای ساخت و داده‌برداری از این محفظه‌ها به‌صورت تجربی، طراحی و شبیه‌سازی عددی صحیح و کارامد آن‌ها می‌تواند دستیابی انسان به داده‌های مدنظر را بسیار تسهیل کند. بدین منظور و با هدف دستیابی به طراحی بهینه‌ی محفظه این سامانه‌ها جهت عملکرد بهتر حسگرها، در پژوهش حاضر چهار هندسه مختلف در دو حالت تزریق هوا و دی‌اکسیدکربن (CO2) به‌صورت سه‌بعدی شبیه‌سازی و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. هندسه‌ها طوری طراحی شده‌اند که از نظر ابعادی و همچنین سطح مقطع ورودی و خروجی یکسان بوده تا عملکرد جریانی و سیالاتی به ساختار ذاتی هندسه‌ها معطوف گردد. همچنین شرایط مرزی و مشخصات سیال برای تمامی هندسه‌ها یکسان بوده است. بررسی‌ها جهت یافتن بهترین هندسه از نظر نوع عملکرد سیال و پوشش سطح حسگرها و همچنین پایداری مناسب‌تر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. بررسی‌ها نشان داد که هندسه نیم‌کره بهترین عملکرد جریان را در هر دو حالت تزریق هوا و CO2 داراست و سیال در زمان کمتری به سطح رسیده و همچنین به شرایط تعادلی می‌رسد. در این هندسه مناطق راکد کمتری در جریان سیال داخل محفظه پدید آمده و این امر موجب بهبود عملکرد و افزایش قابلیت اطمینان حسگرها می‌شود. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که پیدایش گردابه‌ها می‌تواند زمان رسیدن سیال به سطح حسگر را کاهش دهد.
