کاربرد طیف‌سنجی مادون‌قرمز تبدیل فوریه و روش‌های طبقه‌بندی کمومتریکس در شناسایی تقلبات پودر دارچین

چکیده
دارچین یک ادویه معطر با ارزش بالا است که به‌طور گسترده در صنایع غذایی و دارویی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. به دلیل کاربردهای گسترده، دارچین در معرض تقلب غذایی قرار دارد که وجود روش‌های معتبر تشخیص اصالت را ضروری می‌سازد. این مطالعه از طیف‌سنجی فروسرخ تبدیل فوریه (FTIR) و تحلیل الگوهای طیفی به‌منظور ایجاد یک روش قابل‌اطمینان برای تشخیص تقلب در پودر دارچین، با مقایسه نمونه‌های اصیل و نمونه‌های دستکاری‌شده، استفاده می‌کند. هدف نهایی، ارائه‌ی یک روش‌شناسی عملی برای شناسایی تقلب در صنعت ادویه است. در این کار، از طیف‌سنجی فروسرخ تبدیل فوریه (FTIR) به همراه تکنیک‌های تشخیص الگو برای احراز اصالت پودر دارچین استفاده شد. به‌منظور شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی نمونه‌های تقلبی (با مواد افزودنی شامل: پودر سویا، پودر پوست فندق و پودر نان خشک، در غلظت‌های مختلف ۵، ۱۰ و ۱۵ درصد وزنی/وزنی) به‌صورت غیرمخرب، از تحلیل مؤلفه‌های اصلی (PCA) به‌عنوان روش بدون نظارت و از تحلیل تفکیکی حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS-DA) و مدل‌سازی مستقل نرمال مشابهت رده‌ها (SIMCA) به‌عنوان رویکردهای تشخیص الگوی نظارت‌شده استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که اگرچه داده‌های طیفی نمونه‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک PCA به‌خوبی طبقه‌بندی شدند، اما هم‌پوشانی‌هایی بین برخی گروه‌ها مشاهده گردید. دقت کلی طبقه‌بندی توسط طبقه‌بندهای SIMCA و PLS-DA به‌ترتیب ۸۳ و ۹۰ درصد بود. بر اساس مدل سازی PCA، روش SIMCA امکان طبقه‌بندی نمونه‌ها را به دو گروه مجزا (خالص در برابر تقلبی) فراهم کرد و دقت طبقه‌بندی این مدل دوکلاسی به ۱۰۰ درصد رسید. این یافته‌ها کارایی ترکیب طیف‌سنجی FTIR با تکنیک‌های تشخیص الگو را برای احراز اصالت غیرمخرب و مقاوم پودر دارچین تقلبی تأیید کرده و به کنترل کیفیت در صنعت ادویه کمک می‌نماید.
