بررسی تجربی و شبیه‌سازی عددی عملکرد انرژی-اگزرژی آب‌شیرین‌کن خورشیدی مجهز به ماده تغییر فازدهنده

چکیده
کمبود آب شیرین در مناطق خشک و نیمه‌خشک نظیر ایران، نیاز به فناوری‌های آب شیرین‌کن خورشیدی پایدار با حداقل تولید گازهای گلخانه‌ای را افزایش داده است. در این پژوهش، ارزیابی حرارتی و میزان بازده انرژی و اکسرژی یک سامانه آب شیرین‌کن خورشیدی مجهز به ماده تغییر فازدهنده (PCM) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. ماده تغییر فازدهنده درون لوله مارپیچ و درون مخزن اواپراتور قرار داده شد. شبیه‌سازی‌ عددی تحت شرایط واقعی با نرم‌افزار ANSYS Fluent انجام گردید، تا پروفایل‌های دما، دینامیک بخار و عملکرد کلی سامانه ارزیابی شود. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که به‌کارگیری PCM بازده انرژی را از 42.65% به 47.27% و بازده اگزرژی را از 6.01% به 7.65% افزایش داده است. تولید روزانه آب شیرین به حداکثر ۹۸۷ میلی‌لیتر رسید که 17.2% بیشتر از حالت بدون PCM است. همچنین در ارزیابی نتایج حاصل از تحلیل CFD مشخص شد که کسر حجمی بخار 6.63% افزایش یافت و نسبت عملکرد (PR) به میزان 1.32 در دبی جرمی 4.2 لیتر بر دقیقه به‌دست آمد. بنابراین نتایج نشان داد که آب‌شیرین‌کن خورشیدی مجهز به PCM با بهره‌گیری از انرژی خورشیدی به‌عنوان منبع تجدیدپذیر، علاوه بر بهبود عملکرد حرارتی، دارای پتانسیل کاهش وابستگی به سوخت‌های فسیلی است و می‌تواند به‌عنوان گزینه‌ای قابل‌توسعه و پایدار برای تولید آب شیرین در مناطق دارای تنش آبی مطرح شود.
