بررسی تجربی و تحلیل تنش خستگی تیغه‌های ماشین برداشت نیشکر به روش اجزای محدود

چکیده
قطعات ماشین‌های کشاورزی اغلب در محیط‌هایی کار می‌کنند که در معرض بارهای پیوسته و سیکلی، خستگی، خوردگی، سایش، ضربه، حرارت و غیره قرار دارند از این‌رو لازم است جنس این قطعات به‌گونه‌ای انتخاب شود تا در این شرایط آسیب نبینند و وظیفه پیش‌بینی‌شده را به‌خوبی انجام دهند. تیغه باید به بارهای نوسانی مقاوم باشد تا موجب شکستگی ناشی از خستگی نشود، از این‌رو برای ساخت تیغه، از سه نوع فولاد (100Cr6, 16MnCr5, Ck60) که با دو روش سخت‌کاری (القایی و حرارتی) تقویت شده بود، استفاده شد و عملکرد آن‫ها با هم مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. با استفاده از نرم‌افزار‌های (CAE)، تیغه‌ها طراحی شده و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل تنش خستگی نشان داد که اکثر نقاط تیغه‌ها دارای آسیب خستگی پایین و ضریب اطمینان بالایی هستند. در همه تیغه‌ها بحرانی‌ترین نقطه در محل اتصال به صفحه دوار ماشین برداشت بود. طرح تیغه مثلثی با جنس 100Cr6 و روش سخت‌کاری القایی با میزان آسیب 19-10×4.37 و ضریب اطمینان 4.22 عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر انواع مورد آزمایش داشت.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
