چکیده

با توجه به روند افزایشی جمعیت به‌منظور تسریع در تولید و افزایش راندمان لزوم به‌کارگیری ماشین‌ها در صنایع و بخش‌های مختلف بر کسی پوشیده نیست. پنبه نیز از این قاعده مستثنی نیست. استفاده از ماشین می‌تواند در کاهش هزینه‌های برداشت نقش مؤثری ایفا کند و از طرف دیگر با برداشت به‌موقع محصول، خسارات ناشی از سرما و بارندگی‌های زودرس پاییزه نیز کاهش می‌یابد. در این تحقیق دو نوع ماشین وش‌چین در پنبه رقم ارمغان با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. یکی از ماشین‌های برداشت استفاده شده در این پژوهش، ماشین وش‌چین دو ردیفه خودگردان از نوع سوزنی است و ماشین برداشت دیگری یک ماشین کششی وش‌چین دندانه‌ای دو ردیفه است. در این تحقیق صفات بقایای وش روی بوته و تلفات وش روی زمین پس از برداشت ماشینی و صفات کیفی الیاف برداشت شده با ماشین‌های متفاوت با همدیگر مقایسه شده‌اند. نتایج نشان داد که نوع ماشین اثر معنی‌داری روی بقایای وش روی بوته و عملکرد ماشین دارد. اما صفت تلفات وش روی زمین تحت تاثیر نوع ماشین نبوده و در هر دو ماشین تقریبا یکسان است. مقایسه میانگین صفات نشان می‌دهد که بقایای وش روی بوته در استفاده از ماشین برداشت سوزنی 12.44 درصد و در ماشین دندانه‌ای 5.22 درصد است. از نظر کیفیت الیاف نیز تفاوت معنی‌داری در هیچ‌یک از صفات کیفی مشاهده نشد و هر دو ماشین در یک سطح قرار دارند. براساس این تحقیق برای برداشت رقم ارمغان ماشین وش‌چین دندانه‌ای مناسب‌تر از ماشین وش‌چین سوزنی است.
