ساخت و ارزیابی ماشین نشاکار برنج به‌صورت خشکه‌کاری

چکیده

استفاده از روش خشکه‌کاری و به‌کارگیری آبیاری دوره‌ای یا تناوبی، می‌تواند سبب کاهش مصرف آب در کشت برنج شود. استفاده از نشاکارهای مرسوم جهت نشای برنج در خاک امکان‌پذیر نبوده و این نشاکارها برای کار در زمین غرقاب طراحی شده‌اند. در این پژوهش نشاکار خشکه‌کاری برنج که می‌تواند عملیات نشاکاری را در خاک انجام دهد، طراحی و ساخته شد. اجزای اصلی این نشاکار شامل شیار بازکن، پوشاننده، مخزن ذخیره نشا یا سینی نشا، مکانیزم بوته ساز (موزع)، مکانیزم انتقال بوته به خاک (پیستون حمل نشا)، جداکننده انتهایی بوته در خاک، سیستم انتقال توان، کفشک تنظیم عمق، شاسی اصلی و فرعی بود. مشخصات کلی نشاکار طراحی و ساخته‌شده به‌ازای یک ردیف، شامل عرض کار mm250، توان دورانی مورد نیاز kW0.57، ظرفیت مزرعه‌ای تئوری ha hr^-10.06 و بازده مزرعه‌ای 66.67 درصد است. به‌منظور ارزیابی عملکرد نشاکار ساخته‌شده، صفات درصد بوته‌های از دست‌رفته، میانگین زاویـه‌ی اسـتقرار بوته‌ها نسبت به افق، میانگین فاصله نشاها روی ردیف کشت و میانگین تعداد نهال در بوته مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. آزمون‌هـا بـا اسـتفاده از آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سه سطح سرعت پیشروی 0.25، 0.5 و 1 متر بر ثانیه و عمق نشاکاری در سه سطح 4، 8 و 12 سانتی‌متر و اندازه دهانه خروجی سینی نشا در سه سطح 10، 15 و 20 میلی‌متر بودند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تغییـرات سرعت پیشروی، عمق نشاکاری و اندازه دهانه خروجی و اثر متقابل سرعت و عمق در سطح 99 درصد بر روی درصد بوته‌های از دست‌رفته دارای تاثیر معنادار بود. همچنین متغیرهای مستقل سرعت پیشروی، عمق نشاکاری و اثر متقابل آن‌ها بر زاویه استقرار بوته در سطح 99 درصد معنی‌دار بود. تنها متغیر مستقل سرعت پیشروی بر فاصله بین بوته‌ها روی ردیف تاثیر معنی‌دار بود. همچنین، اثرات اندازه دهانه خروجی سینی نشا در سطح 99 درصد و عمق نشاکاری در سطح 95 درصد بر روی تعداد نهال در بوته معنادار بودند.
