ارزیابی اثر رطوبت خاک و بسامد ارتعاش بر شاخص‌های عملکردی زیرشکن ارتعاشی الکتریکی

چکیده
عملیات زیرشکنی جزو سنگین‌ترین عملیات‌ خاک‌ورزی با مصرف انرژی زیاد است. ارتعاش ابزار خاک‏ورز، روشی موثر برای کاهش نیروی کششی است. هدف از این پژوهش مشخص نمودن بسامد بهینه در زیرشکن ارتعاش الکتریکی است، به نحوی‌که در مراحل بعدی باعث تغییر در روند مرسوم زیرشکنی و به‌کارگیری نتایج این پژوهش در عملیات مرسوم ‌زیرشکنی مزارع کشاورزی، به‌ویژه در اراضی شرکت توسعه نیشکر خوزستان شود. این پژوهش شامل نصب یک سامانه ارتعاش الکتریکی و سپس اجرای تیمارهایی با متغیرهای مستقل پژوهش شامل میزان بسامد برق ورودی الکتروموتور-ویبره که عامل لرزش تیغه زیرشکن می‌باشد، در 5 سطح (50، 40، 30، 20 و 0 هرتز) و محدوده رطوبتی خاک در دو سطح خشک ( 5.5 تا 8.5 درصد) و مرطوب (15تا 19 درصد) بود. نتایج نشان داد عامل رطوبت بر عمق کار زیرشکن اثر مثبت و بر عرض کار زیرشکن و سطح مقطع از هم گسیخته خاک اثر منفی دارد. میزان ارتعاش روی شاخص‌های عملکردی شامل عرض‌کار، عمق کار، سطح مقطع خاک به‌هم‌خورده و نیروی کششی ویژه در سطح 0.01 اثر معنی‌داری داشت. در شرایط رطوبت 7% و با ارتعاش 50 هرتز، بیشترین اثربخشی حاصل گردید یعنی عرض، عمق کار و سطح خاک به‌هم‌خورده افزایشی و نیروی کششی ویژه کاهشی بود. بیشترین نیروی کششی در کمترین بسامد و شرایط خاک خشک رخ داد. عملکرد سامانه ایجاد ارتعاش برقی، یک نوآوری برای مدیریت و کنترل ارتعاش توسط راننده با محدوده‌ای گسترده‌تر برای دسترسی به ارتعاش بهینه در خاک‌هایی با بافت متفاوت برای رسیدن به حداکثر کارایی تراکتور- خاک‌ورز شده و اعمال ارتعاش نرخ متغیر در راستای الکتریفیکاسیون و مستقل از پی‌تی‌او را میسر می‌کند.
